RLS Properties, LLC was started in 2005 focusing on quality constructions at affordable prices. With the help of family members with years of experience, owner Lance Stutes has continued to grow RLS year after year. RLS builds homes of all sizes and price ranges emphasizing customer satisfaction in each home. Lance Stutes graduated in Mechanical Engineering from UL and played on the Ragin Cajun Baseball Team. Lance is married to Rachel Bulliard Stutes and has four girls, Gabrielle, Kennedy, Skylar, and Savannah. Lance's father, Glynn and sister, Monique currently work for RLS Properties.
